How to delete errors

If you’ve made an error, such as uploading a duplicate document or creating a share class in error, don’t worry. While Mantle doesn’t currently allow users to delete certain records directly in the platform, our team can help clean up your cap table when needed.

Why can’t I delete items myself?

Mantle’s cap tables are built from legal source documents like SAFEs, share purchase agreements, and board resolutions. These documents form the legal basis of ownership, meaning every record in the platform reflects an action that has (or should have) real-world legal standing.

How to request a deletion

To request a deletion or cleanup, please email [email protected] with the details of what you’d like removed.

What happens next

Once we receive your request:

  1. Our support team will review the data and confirm any dependencies.
  2. If it’s safe to delete, we’ll take care of the removal and notify you once it’s complete.
