Cap Table Accuracy: Results are only accurate if your cap table is up to date.
Option Pool Limitation:
- Pool size must be greater than or equal to the current pool.
- It cannot be set to zero.
- You can’t model a scenario with no pool increase after a financing round.
Single Priced Round Only: No support for back-to-back or stacked rounds.
SAFEs: You can add a placeholder SAFE, but Convertible Notes are not supported.
Exporting: There is no export function, but you can manually copy/paste data into Excel.
Down Rounds: Currently not supported.
Dilution As-Is: Want to test dilution without a raise? Placeholder a $1 round, but you still need to work within the option pool constraints.
